    • you will bear the cost and we will choose the way of packaging and deliveringthe goods unless agreed otherwise;
    • we will do our best to dispatch the goods as soon as possible after you have placed an order, but we are not liable and you may not cancel an order if we do not do so timeously;
    • risks related to the goods pass to you on delivery;
    • ownership in the goods passes to you on payment of the fees in full; and
    • you have the same rights against us as we have against our suppliers in terms of any warranty attached to the goods or imposed by law.
  6. Your data. You own all your data. When you enter your data into the system, you give us a licence to use it to provide the goods. We are not responsible for any of your data stored on our system.
  7. Intellectual property. We may own intellectual property rights in our goods and you may not use those rights without our permission. We may prosecute you for any violations of our proprietary rights.
  8. Disclaimer. We disclaim all warranties to the extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for any defect that you cause.
  9. Fees and payment. You will pay us the fees on the due date. You may not withhold payment of any amount due to us for any reason.
  10. Direct damages limited. We are only liable to you for any direct damages that the goods may cause up to the total amount of fees that you have paid us for them.
  11. Indirect damages excluded. We are not liable for anyother losses that they may cause you.
  12. Breach. Please don't breach your obligations under this agreement. If you do, we have certain rights against you in terms of the law.
  13. Termination. We may need to terminate this agreement immediately under certain unlikely circumstances, including if we discontinue the goods, believe providing the goods could burden or pose a risk to us, have to terminate to comply with a law, or providing the goods has become impractical. If we need to, we will give you as much notice as possible in writing.
  14. Resolving disputes. We want to avoid disputes about this agreement and resolve them as quickly as possible. But if there is one, either party may inform the other of it in writing. The parties must first try to negotiate to end the dispute, then enter into mediation if negotiation fails, and finally go to arbitration if mediation fails.
  15. Notices and domicile. We want to communicate with you effectively about this agreement. For this reason, the parties will send all notices to each others' email addresses and choose their respective street addresses as their service addresses for all legal documents, but they may change either address on 14 calendar days written notice to the other.
  16. Force majeure. Things may happen that prevent you or us from complying with each of our obligations under this agreement. Neither party is responsible for breach of this agreement caused by circumstances beyond its control, but the other party may cancel the agreement on written notice to the other if the circumstances persist for more than 60 calendar days.
  17. Entire agreement. The agreement is the entire agreement between the parties on the subject.
  18. Changes. If we change this agreement by updating this web page, any changes will only apply to future orders.
  19. Governing law. South African law governs this agreement.
  20. Jurisdiction. You consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate's Court.

Deliveries

Can I deliver garments to friends or family?

Yes you can. Please ensure you enter the friend or family member’s address in the ‘delivery address’ field upon checking out. The ‘billing address’ field would then be your address. The recipient will be asked for proof of identity upon delivery.

How will my order be shipped?

You have 3 options The courier guy (1-4 working days), Aramex (next working day) or Postnet (to your nearest postnet 2-4 days)

Outlying areas may take longer.

We will send you the waybill tracking number on your delivery notification email once your order has been sent. If you do not have your waybill number or have an issue with your shipment, please email us at hello@wigglegiggle.co.za

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email from us stating that you order has been sent and you will be sent a waybill number/tracking number to track your parcel’s delivery status.

How do I check my order status?

You will be sent emails informing you of your order status. If you have a query, you can email us at hello@wigglegiggle.co.za

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

It depends on what option you used

How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?

Depend on the courier option you choose 

Deliveries via courier will only be done on working days, within working hours to the address provided by you. Please note that we are not held responsible for incorrect delivery details that are provided, so please ensure that you complete the delivery details correctly on checkout.

What happens if I did not complete the correct delivery details on checkout?

Please email us on hello@wigglegiggle.co.za so that we can access your order status and help you. If your order has already been collected by the courier there is a chance that you may have to pay additional fees to get the order sent to the correct address. If you order has not been collected by the courier, then we can easily change the address. If you order has been delivered to the incorrect address then we will try to help retrieve the order from the incorrect delivery address but any additional costs will be for your account. If it is not possible to retrieve the order, we will not be held responsible for the loss. Please note: we will always try to help you out as much as possible.

We deliver anywhere in South Africa to any physical address.

Returns and exchanges

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please retain the product in its original packaging, with labels attached. The product must not be worn and still be in a saleable condition. We will then gladly refund the value or exchange for any other items to the same value.

What happens if an item is out of stock after I have placed my order?

In cases of unavailability, we will send you an email with suggestions for an exchange or refund to you in full within 30 days from date of payment to Wiggle Giggle Baby Clothing.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment being made.

Please note that cancellation of orders will attract a 15% charge for administration costs and refunds will be made within 7 working days.

What happens when I receive a defective garment?

Please notify us by email within 14 days of delivery on hello@wigglegiggle.co.za.  We will gladly replace or refund any product that is defective. Please note however that we will not replace/refund a garment that is damaged due to negligence. Please send us a picture of the defect when sending through your email.

What happens if I receive the incorrect order?

Please notify us by email within 14 days of delivery, as specified on the packing slip/invoice you received with your delivery. You can contact us on hello@wigglegiggle.co.za.

How do I know if you have received my returned goods?

We will send you an email once your returned items have been received. You can also contact us at hello@wigglegiggle.co.za

Can I exchange or return SALE items?

SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned.
